If you join a recurring membership (like the Visible-ish Video Club), payments are taken automatically based on your plan (monthly or yearly).
You can cancel anytime via your account or by emailing support@itsmelissahoward.com
before your next billing date.

When you cancel, you’ll lose access immediately or at the end of your paid period (depending on the platform).
Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are available for unused time or partial months.

10. Testimonials & Shared Content

We love to share client wins and kind words. By providing feedback, testimonials, or comments, you grant ItsMelissaHoward permission to use them in our marketing, social media, or promotional materials (we’ll always be respectful, of course).

If something is private or sensitive, just tell us — we won’t share it.
