Yes. Pay in 3 is available on both packages when you book by 30th April 2026. Pay in 2 is then available until 15th June 2026.

After that, you can still spread the cost using options like Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.

Yes. The photography is available for anyone at Womanifest. Whether you're speaking on stage, running a workshop, hosting a session, performing, or simply part of the action at the event, the photography captures you in the moment while you're doing your thing.

The speaker reels work best for people who are on stage delivering a talk or presentation, ideally where you have around 10 minutes or more of you speaking.

If you're running a workshop, performing, leading a dance class, or doing something more interactive, the standard speaker reel may not be the right format. In those cases, drop me a message before you book and we can chat about what might work for you with what you're doing.

Your talk is filmed while you're speaking and the strongest moments are carefully selected and edited into short reels. Think standout ideas, memorable lines and the moments where the audience really connects with what you're saying.

You’ll then choose your favourite ten clips from the reels created.

No. The focus of this is creating powerful short-form content rather than delivering a full recording of the talk.

The footage is captured specifically to produce the reels, so you’ll receive the edited clips rather than the full or raw footage. The goal is to give you brilliant, shareable content that shows you speaking and in your element on stage.

Events are wonderfully unpredictable, especially festival-style ones. We’ve got the elements to contend with, whether that’s wind, rain, sunshine, or the way light behaves inside the tents.

I always bring professional kit and do everything possible to work with the environment on the day. If it’s particularly dark I have lighting that can help support the setup, and I’ll always aim to capture the best possible shots with whatever the event throws at us.

You’ll be able to view them from your own private gallery and select which ones you would like to download as part of your package. You can also buy additional bundles of images and reels should you wish. Easy!

Because of the amount of filming, editing and supporting speakers across the whole weekend, delivery is usually within 15 working days (around three weeks).

That said, I often get things out sooner where I can :)

Slots are booked in 30-minute windows to give me time to sprint between stages and tents and to account for any sessions that may be running over.

Within that, you’ll get up to 20 minutes of focused coverage. You might not always see me front and centre, but I’ll be there, eyes on, getting what you need!

Events are wonderfully unpredictable, and festivals even more so. Talks run over, sessions start late, and sometimes things shift on the day. I’ll always work closely with both you and the Womanifest team to make sure I’m in the right place at the right time and capture as much as possible.

For photography, as long as I’m able to see you on stage and capture your talk, I’ll almost always get more than enough strong images for you to choose from.

For the speaker reels, I ideally need around 10 minutes of you speaking to capture enough material for the clips. If I’m unable to reach you, or there’s not enough time to capture the footage needed for the reels, I’ll arrange a partial refund for the video portion. If for some reason I can’t capture you at all, a refund will be issued.

The aim is always to make sure you leave with something brilliant from your time on stage. However, if that is not the case:

The best part about this is that you’re there speaking, sharing and connecting with the room, not standing there posing for a camera.

Most people barely notice I’m there, which means you come across far more relaxed and natural on film.

The branded intro and outro clips are an optional upgrade for the speaker reels and are designed to give your videos that next-level, polished feel.

They add a short branded opening and closing to your clips so everything looks consistent, professional and instantly recognisable as your content.

The best bit is that this is a one-time setup. If you continue working with me in the future, whether that’s additional speaker reels or my done-for-you reels packages, you won’t need to purchase these again. They’ll already be ready to use for your future videos.

If something happens on my end and I’m unable to attend, you’ll receive a full refund, without questions within 72 hours.

If your plans change, that’s absolutely fine.

Payment processing fees aren’t refundable (as they’re taken by the platform, not me), but if you cancel by 19th June 2026, you’ll receive a refund minus those fees within 72 hours.

After that point, cancellations aren’t refundable due to the nature of the event and limited slots.
